We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don't, no worries.  We will gladly accept the return for full refund or exchange of any item purchased on robot-bunnies.com within 21 days of delivery.  All returns must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached. If one of our products has been personalized, monogrammed or altered in any way, we cannot accept it for refund.

To receive your refund for an item you purchased from robot-bunnies.com within the last 21 days and wish to return, simply ship the item to:

The shipping cost of a return is at your expense.  We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Along with your returned item, please include the following information: name, address, phone number, the word "refund" and your original order number.  As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item.  Please note, it takes an average of two business days to refund a credit card.

To exchange an item, simply ship it to:

The shipping cost of an exchange item is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Along with your returned item, please include the following information: name, address, phone number, your original order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange it for. All exchanges must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached. Also, if one of our products has been personalized, monogrammed or altered in any way, we cannot accept it for exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the desired, replacement item by the following business day.  We will contact you for your credit card information if there is a balance due to Robot Bunnies or owed to you for the new item before shipping it out.  You will receive a confirmation email when the new item ships so that you know it's on its way.
